Food Reservoir
As a Feeding America member food bank, HACAP Food Reservoir leads the fight against hunger in east central Iowa by providing food access, advocacy, education, and disaster response. The Food Reservoir distributes over 10 million meals annually through partner organizations in seven counties. With your help, we can make food security a reality for every household in east-central Iowa. Our Food Reservoir programs include BackPack Program, Mobile Food Pantry, and Diversity Food Program. Senior Dining
Located in Belle Plaine and Vinton, IA, our Senior Dining sites offer hot meals in rural areas to those in need who may not be able to make it out of their homes. When the 4th Street Diner closes for inclement/winter weather we will send an email to everyone who has signed up to receive the menu via email. You can sign up by sending an email to llough@hacap.org. Put menu in the subject line. You will receive a confirmation email to respond to. Once you respond you will be added to the email list.

Other Services
In addition, HACAP works to meet the health and nutritional needs during times of developmental growth by providing a variety of services for expecting or new mothers, infants, and children: Dental Health, Child Health Referral, I-Smile, Hawki, Maternal Health, and Well Child Screenings.
